Construction / Remodeling / Restoration company seeks a sales person / business developer.
Mid Size non union firm. Typical target project 50k - 1mil. Commercial / Residential. Corporate interiors, retail, hospitality, offices, condos, building maintenance and subcontract work. We offer small maintenance to design/build. We work in 7 states but target Manhattan.
Candidate for draw should have 10 Years experience in CONSTRUCTION SALES and 15 years experience in constuction and/or sales. Cadidate will be mandated to attend certain networking groups and events. Needs to have existing customers / contacts!!! Additional bonuses paid to Sales / Project Managers who see projects through to completion and meet project profit goals. Good candidates should be well networked with RE brokers, building management, architects, designers, facility managers and construction managers.
Commission only candidates should have some construction/sales experience.
Great commissions based on Gross!!!
Health Care Benefits Available after 6 months.
